Welcome to Daisy's website!  Daisy is a three years old mini long-haired dapple dachshund.  I think she is the best little girl in the world.  But then I am very biased. Daisy is my first and only dog.  In fact, I really disliked dogs just a few years ago.  Now I cannot imagine life without one.  If you don't already have a dog, consider getting one.  They will make you a better person. 	Bob came to us expectedly one morning.  Our neighbor found him wandering the neighborhood.  After a month long exhaustive search for his family, he decided that it would be best join our family.   Daisy accepted Bob almost immediately but was curious about his short hair.  Phoebe didn't know what to make of Bob at first, but now the two play together regularly We believe that he was abandoned by his previous family.
	This is piper at 4 months old. She was only with us for 10 weeks.  Unfortunately, her little liver could not support her growing body.  At six months, her liver shunt took her away from us. This is something that pet parents need to watch out for in unusually small dogs.  A blood test may have revealed it earlier. We all miss her dearly.
